Funfetti Strawberry Kiss Cookies (Print Version)

Softened 4 oz cream cheese

1 egg, large

16 oz pack of Funfetti Cookie Mix
→ Topping

18 Strawberry Ice Cream Kisses by Hershey's

Half a cup of white or pink sugar crystals/nonpareils
# Instructions:

Set your oven to 375°F and get a baking sheet ready with parchment paper.

Blend the egg, cookie mix, and cream cheese together until the dough is smooth and soft.

Form balls of dough (about 1½ tablespoons each) and coat them in sugar or nonpareils. If it sticks too much, chilling it for half an hour to an hour might help.

Cook for 8-12 minutes until they’re set. Let them cool just a bit (3-5 minutes) and press a Kiss into each cookie.
