Mushroom Swiss Patty Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound of ground beef

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 small onion, thinly sliced
03 - 1 cup of mushrooms, sliced

→ Bread and Cheese

04 - 4 slices of bread (rye)
05 - 4 pieces of Swiss cheese

→ Seasonings and Fats

06 - Salt and black pepper to your liking
07 - 2 tablespoons butter, unsalted
08 - 1 tablespoon of olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Shape the seasoned beef into two patties. Fry until cooked through and browned.
02 - Heat olive oil and sauté the onions and mushrooms until nice and golden.
03 - Stack the beef, sautéed veggies, and Swiss cheese between the slices of rye.
04 - Toast the sandwiches in butter until crispy and the cheese is gooey.
