Italian Cheese Log Party (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Base

01 - 8 oz (225g) soft cream cheese, at room temperature
02 - 1 cup (120g) grated mozzarella cheese
03 - 1/2 cup (50g) freshly grated Parmesan

→ Flavorings

04 - 1 teaspoon mixed Italian herbs
05 - 1/2 teaspoon powdered garlic
06 - 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
07 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

→ For Serving

08 - Your favorite crackers or thin breadsticks

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the room temperature cream cheese, grated mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian herbs, powdered garlic, and chopped sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl. Stir everything until completely mixed.
02 - Using plastic wrap, mold the cheese mix into a log. Wrap it snugly and pop it in the fridge for at least an hour to set.
03 - After it's firm, roll your cheese log in the chopped parsley until it's fully covered.
04 - Set it on a platter and put crackers or breadsticks around it for dipping.
