Toast Muffin Cups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 big eggs
02 - 1 cup milk
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavor
04 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
05 - 200g granulated sugar
06 - 4 cups diced bread (brown or white)
07 - 60g melted butter

→ Serving

08 - Pancake syrup (if wanted)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 12-cup muffin pan with butter or oil.
02 - Grab a big bowl and beat eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar together until smooth.
03 - Dump bread chunks into your wet mix and stir carefully so all pieces get wet.
04 - Put the soaked bread into each muffin hole, making them about 3/4 full.
05 - Sprinkle the melted butter on top of each filled cup.
06 - Stick in oven for 20-25 minutes till they turn golden and puff up.
07 - Let them sit for a few minutes before you take them out of the pan.
08 - Eat while warm, maybe with a sprinkle of sweet cinnamon or some syrup on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can make these ahead and keep them in the fridge overnight before baking.
02 - Toss in some chopped walnuts or raisins for more crunch and flavor.
