Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and coat a 12-cup muffin pan with butter or oil.

Grab a big bowl and beat eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and sugar together until smooth.

Dump bread chunks into your wet mix and stir carefully so all pieces get wet.

Put the soaked bread into each muffin hole, making them about 3/4 full.

Sprinkle the melted butter on top of each filled cup.

Stick in oven for 20-25 minutes till they turn golden and puff up.

Let them sit for a few minutes before you take them out of the pan.

Eat while warm, maybe with a sprinkle of sweet cinnamon or some syrup on top.
