Tender Flank Steak BBQ (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds flank steak, sliced into thin strips
02 - ⅓ cup olive oil
03 - 4 limes, squeezed (about ¼ cup)
04 - 1 orange, squeezed (about ⅓ cup)
05 - ¼ cup red wine vinegar
06 - 2 teaspoons brown sugar (if you want)
07 - 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
10 - BBQ sauce (if you want)

# Instructions:

01 - Drop the flank steak strips into a big ziplock bag. Mix together olive oil, fresh lime juice, orange juice, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, crushed garlic, salt and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Stir everything up.
02 - Pour your mixture over the steak and seal the bag tight. Give it a good shake and stick it in the fridge anywhere from 2 hours to a full day.
03 - Fire up your grill until it's super hot.
04 - Grab the meat with tongs from the bag and put it on the hot grill. Slap some BBQ sauce on top.
05 - Let the meat cook for 5 to 10 minutes, then flip it over. Add BBQ sauce to this side too.
06 - Cook another 5 to 10 minutes. If you like your steak pink inside, 5 to 7 minutes per side works great. Just check if it's done how you like and cook a bit longer if needed.
07 - Take the meat off the grill and add more BBQ sauce if you want. Enjoy with side dishes, or cut it up for tacos.

# Notes:

01 - You can make the flavor mix ahead of time and keep it in your fridge.
02 - Let your steak sit for 5 minutes after cooking so the juices stay in the meat when you cut it.
