Turkey Spinach Feta Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb ground turkey
02 - 1 cup chopped spinach (fresh or thawed frozen)
03 - ½ cup feta cheese, broken into crumbles
04 - 1 egg
05 - 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
06 - 1 small onion, diced finely
07 - 2 cloves garlic, crushed
08 - 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
09 - Salt and pepper as needed
10 - Olive oil for the pan

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 375°F (190°C). Put some parchment on a baking tray or coat it with a bit of olive oil.
02 - Chop fresh spinach small. For frozen stuff, make sure it's thawed and squeeze it dry.
03 - Grab a big bowl. Throw in your turkey, spinach, feta, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, oregano, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir it all up but don't go crazy mixing.
04 - Roll the mix into balls about 1 to 1.5 inches across. You'll end up with around 20-24 balls.
05 - Spread the balls out on your tray so they don't touch. Pop them in the oven for 20-25 minutes until they're cooked and look golden on top.
06 - Take them out and let them cool down for a bit. They go great with roasted veggies, a simple salad, or even some pasta.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you squeeze all the water out of frozen spinach or your balls will turn out soggy.
02 - You can make these ahead of time and keep them in the fridge before you cook them.
