# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup buttermilk
02 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 pounds russet potatoes

04 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika
09 - 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
10 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Toppings

11 - 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
12 - 1/4 cup crumbled bacon
13 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
14 - 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
15 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Peel and cut potatoes into sticks, rinse them off, and pat completely dry. Dunk in buttermilk and coat evenly with seasoned flour mix.
02 - Warm up oil to 350°F. Fry the potato sticks in small amounts until crispy gold, about 3-5 minutes per batch.
03 - Lay fries on a baking sheet, scatter cheeses on top. Bake in a 350°F oven for 5-7 minutes till gooey.
04 - Sprinkle bacon bits, green onions, and jalapeños over the hot fries. Dig in while it's warm.
