Turn oven to 400°F (200°C). Put parchment paper or a silicone mat on your baking tray.

Grab a big bowl and mix flour, baking powder and salt together. For sweet bagels, throw in 2 teaspoons of cinnamon.

Dump in the Greek yogurt and stir with a spatula till it comes together. Then get your hands dirty and knead it well.

Dust your counter with flour. Cut dough into 4 equal chunks. Make each into a ball, press it down, and poke a hole in the middle with a spoon handle or roll it into a snake and join the ends.

Beat the egg and paint it on each bagel. Sprinkle whatever toppings you like.

Put bagels on your ready baking sheet and cook for 22-25 minutes until they're nice and golden on top.

Let them sit a bit before you cut and eat them.
