Cowboy Dipping Butter (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Butter Blend

01 - 4 oz unsalted butter, softened
02 - 1 tablespoon coarse Dijon mustard
03 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
04 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, minced
07 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
08 - ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
09 - ½ teaspoon paprika
10 - ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
11 - ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
12 - ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the softened butter, mustard, parsley, garlic, chives, lemon juice, thyme, paprika, black pepper, cayenne, crushed red pepper, and salt into a medium bowl. Stir everything until it’s evenly blended.
02 - Place the mix on some plastic wrap, then roll and press it into a log shape. Twist the ends of the wrap shut. Pop it in the fridge for 2+ hours or until it’s solid.
03 - Heat the butter mixture in the microwave, using 20-second bursts. Stir after each time until it’s melted and smooth.
04 - Toss the butter in a sealed container and chill in your fridge for up to 5 days.
