# Ingredients:

→ Filling Mix

01 - Salt and pepper to your liking
02 - 1/4 cup finely chopped pickles
03 - 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
04 - 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
05 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Dough & Extras

06 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
07 - 2 minced garlic cloves
08 - 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
09 - 1 can of pre-made pizza dough

→ To Dip

10 - Mustard and ketchup on the side

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 375°F and let it heat up. While the oven's warming, grab a sheet pan and line it with parchment paper. It'll make cleaning up afterwards way easier!
02 - Cook the ground beef in a pan over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spatula as it browns. Keep stirring until there’s no pink left. Sprinkle some salt and pepper generously to season. Mix in the bacon crumbles, then take it off the heat. Let it cool a bit so it doesn’t tear your dough later.
03 - Dust your countertop with a bit of flour. Roll your pizza dough into a big rectangle—give it a few minutes to relax at room temp if it feels too stiff. This makes rolling easier.
04 - Spread your cooled beef and bacon mixture over the dough, leaving about half an inch at the edges to help seal it. Sprinkle your shredded cheese over the top, and finish by scattering the pickle pieces evenly.
05 - Carefully roll the dough into a tight log, starting from one long side. Once rolled, slice it into discs about 1 inch thick. You’ll get around 12-15 pieces, depending on your cuts. Arrange them on your lined baking tray with a little space in between.
06 - Combine the melted butter with minced garlic. Use a small brush or even the back of a spoon to coat the top of each rollup with this buttery mix. It’ll bake up beautifully golden!
07 - Pop your tray into the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until they look perfectly golden and sound hollow when tapped. Your kitchen’s going to smell awesome! Let them cool briefly after removing from the oven—don’t burn your fingers.
08 - Sprinkle chopped parsley over your baked rollups for a fresh and colorful touch. Serve warm with mustard and ketchup on the side. They’ll disappear fast, so grab one for yourself while you can!

# Notes:

01 - These rollups pack all the flavors of a classic burger into bite-sized goodies—great for casual hangouts, parties, or anytime snacking.
02 - Switch it up by adding diced onions, jalapeños for heat, or even fresh tomato bits if that’s your thing.
03 - You can assemble these until slicing, then store them covered in the fridge for up to a day before baking.
04 - Leftovers? Warm them up in a 300°F oven for about 10 minutes, and they’ll taste as good as new.
