Effortless No Bake Orange (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 115 g butter, softened and unsalted
02 - 180 g powdered sugar
03 - 60 ml thawed orange juice concentrate
04 - 120 g finely crushed vanilla wafer cookies
05 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon grated orange peel (optional)

→ For Coating and Topping

07 - White chocolate chips or candy melts (200 g)
08 - Extra orange zest (optional)
09 - Optional sprinkles

# Instructions:

01 - Using a largish bowl, whip the butter and sugar together until creamy. Pour in the orange juice concentrate, vanilla, and orange peel, then stir it in. Toss in the crumbled wafer cookies and mix until it's a smooth dough.
02 - Take about a tablespoon of dough at a time and gently roll it into a ball. Line up the finished balls on a tray covered with baking paper, then pop them in the fridge for half an hour to get firm.
03 - Place the white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in short bursts of 20 seconds, stirring each time, until totally melted and smooth.
04 - Use a dipping tool or fork to dunk each chilled ball into the melted chocolate. Let any extra drip off before setting the coated balls back on the baking paper.
05 - While the chocolate’s still wet, sprinkle over your choice of decorations — could be zest, sprinkles, or both!
06 - Put the tray of truffles back in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until the chocolate's hardened. You can enjoy them cold or wait till they’re closer to room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - Keep truffles sealed up in the fridge, and they'll last for about a week.
02 - For the best taste, leave them out for 10 minutes before eating.
