Baked Broccoli Cheese Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
02 - 1 1/2 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
03 - 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets
04 - 1 cup breadcrumb crumbs
05 - 1 large egg, beaten

→ Seasonings

06 - Salt and black pepper, as needed
07 - A quick spray of cooking oil or drizzle of olive oil
08 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic seasoning powder

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly steam the broccoli for a couple of minutes, chop it into small bits, and drain off water.
02 - Stir everything together until the mixture sticks when pressed.
03 - Shape into balls about the size of a heaping tablespoon and place them onto a baking tray lined with parchment.
04 - Bake at 400°F for roughly 18 minutes or until crispy and golden.
