02 - 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 1 tsp baking powder
05 - Your favorite seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder)

→ Optional Add-Ins

06 - 1 tsp onion powder
07 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
08 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C).
02 - Use a food processor to finely chop the pickles.
03 - Put the chopped pickles in a mixing bowl and squeeze out all the water with a cheesecloth or some paper towels.
04 - Throw in your grated cheese, crack in the egg, add your seasonings and baking powder. Stir it all up good.
05 - Take the mix and shape it into little fry sticks. Lay them out on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
06 - Pop them in your hot oven for about 20 minutes until they're golden and crunchy.
07 - Munch on them right away with some ranch or whatever dip you like.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure you squeeze all the juice out of those pickles or you'll end up with soggy fries.
02 - Play around with the seasonings to make them taste just how you want.
03 - Want them super crispy? Turn on the broiler for the last 2-3 minutes.
04 - Try switching up the cheese. Mozzarella or pepper jack work great too.
