Get your oven hot at 400°F (200°C).

Use a food processor to finely chop the pickles.

Put the chopped pickles in a mixing bowl and squeeze out all the water with a cheesecloth or some paper towels.

Throw in your grated cheese, crack in the egg, add your seasonings and baking powder. Stir it all up good.

Take the mix and shape it into little fry sticks. Lay them out on a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Pop them in your hot oven for about 20 minutes until they're golden and crunchy.

Munch on them right away with some ranch or whatever dip you like.
